Beretta recently introduced the 92SB Reproduction 50th Anniversary Edition to commemorate 50 years of its legendary 90 Series pistol family. The 92SB Reproduction is a faithful, limited-edition recreation of the third production model in the iconic lineup that celebrates the company’s heritage, craftsmanship and innovation in handgun design.

The iconic Beretta 90 Series was born 50 years ago, launching a legacy that helped shape military, law enforcement and civilian sidearms around the world. The 92SB Reproduction pays homage to that milestone with period-correct styling and modern performance enhancements. It is designed for collectors and enthusiasts who appreciate the intersection of tradition and precision.

“The 90 Series is one of the most recognized and respected handgun platforms in the world,” said Broxton Carlile, Beretta USA pistol product manager. “With the 92SB Reproduction, we’re honoring the legacy of Italian craftsmanship and the pivotal model that bridged Beretta’s early 92 design to the military-adopted 92F. It’s a true collector’s piece that reflects both our history and our commitment to quality.”

Only 1,526 are being produced worldwide. Key features include a short-reset trigger bar, polished anodized frame, polished blued slide, G10 grips, dual 15-round magazines and more. Each gun will have a unique serial number and “Celebrating 50 Years of the 90 Series” engraved on the slide. The gun arrives in commemorative packaging and includes a booklet that chronicles the 90 series legacy.

Beretta is the world’s oldest gunmaker. The number of 92SB Reproductions being made reflect the fact that the company was established in 1526. It has remained family-owned for 16 generations and grown to become an international corporation that includes several other stateside firms within the firearm industry.
