The firearm community has become a big tent as of late, and manufacturers are expanding their product lines to accommodate a wide variety of aesthetic tastes and practical usages. One of the best examples of this is Turkish American manufacturer Derya, which offers products ranging from mild to wild, from traditional to radical, to meet the wants and needs of a broad customer base. Illustrating that point are two of the company's latest offerings, the TM22 Fresh and the RANX Mag Fed .22, unique versions of two of its conventional firearms.

The TM22 Fresh is a large-format pistol version of Derya’s TM22 semi-automatic rimfire rifles.

Both new models are chambered in .22 LR and fed from the company’s TM22-pattern detachable box-magazines that come in 10, 15 and 25-round capacities (one 10-round and one 15-round are included with each firearm). Both have the muzzle of their barrels threaded 1/2x28 TPI for attaching a suppressor, such as Derya’s recently introduced OBone. The TM22 Fresh is a large-format pistol version of Derya’s popular and affordable TM22 semi-automatic rimfire rifles.

The TM22 Fresh is a compact and lightweight package with its stabilizing brace folded.

With a 6.5-inch barrel it has a compact overall length of 13.5 inches with its stabilizing Fresh brace folded. Both the receiver and brace have mounting points for quick-detachable sling swivels. A full-length Picatinny rail extends along the top of its receiver and handguard and a set of folding back-up sights are included, and the handguard has M-Lok slots for attaching accessories. The TM22 Fresh weighs 3.2 pounds and has an MSRP of $249.

The RANX Mag Fed is a cross between Derya’s TM22 Lever rimfire rifle and its centerfire RANX pistol.

The RANX Mag Fed is a pistol that combines features of Derya’s TM22 Lever rimfire lever-action rifle and the centerfire lever-action RANX pistol. Built around an aluminum receiver with a Melonite finish, it has a 12-inch barrel and an Ironwolf adjustable pistol grip and removable Fang stabilizing arm brace. With the brace removed, it has an overall length of 22.95 inches and weighs 5.73 pounds. Its forearm has both M-Lok slots and a section of Picatinny rail for attaching accessories. Optics can be attached to the Picatinny rail mounted to the barrel, in addition to the supplied iron sights. The RANX Mag Fed .22 has an MSRP of $599.

The RANX Mag Fed has an adjustable Ironwolf grip that is designed to attach a stabilizing brace or stock.
Both the TM22 Fresh and the RANX Mag Fed, feed from TM22-pattern magazines that come in 10-, 15- and 25-round capacities.
