The Mako Group gives the popular Glock G43 single-stack 9 mm Luger pistol a larger, more comfortable grip with the new G43 Magazine Extension. Made in Israel by FAB Defense, the extension increases the G43 magazine capacity from six rounds to 10 while adding 1" of textured polymer gripping surface to the diminutive Glock grip. Installed in place of the factory magazine baseplate, the extension ships with an additional spring and follower that work in conjunction with the factory-installed magazine spring. FAB Defense armorers will install the extension system for those customers who request assistance. themakogroup.com
