CAA Announces

Plastimold Products, owned by brothers Joe and Anthony Parisi, has acquired CAA USA. The assets of the renowned conversion kit brand brings CAA USA, Plastimold Products and META Tactical together as one unified family.

Plastimold Products has been manufacturing CAA products, alongside components for other major firearm industry players, for years. Since 1999, the company has provided premium injection molding and precision machining services. The company boasts AS9100 and ISO 13485 certifications, which reflect the firm’s deep commitment to the strict quality and consistency standards required for aerospace, defense and medical manufacturing.

META Tactical launched in 2022. It quickly made waves by pushing the limits of engineering with the APEX—the world's first 16-inch barrel bullpup conversion kit—and the MX-1. The latter is an all-in-one Glock chassis engineered for the heavy-duty demands of military and law enforcement operations.

META Tactical’s engineering expertise, CAA USA’s reputation and Plastimold’s manufacturing muscle are now all operating under one roof. “R&D, machining, processing, putting the actual pieces together—it all happens right here at our facility in Delray Beach, Florida,” said Joe Parisi.

The 100-percent stateside consolidation eliminates middlemen. By keeping every step of the process in-house, tighter tolerances are ensured, as well as improved quality control across all three product lines.

The new leadership’s primary goal is to keep CAA USA as the king of conversion kit technology. Leading this charge is the new MCK EVO, which takes the brand’s flagship MCK platform to the next level. Built to the exacting standards META Tactical is known for, the EVO is a smarter, adaptable platform that was shaped directly by years of feedback from customers, dealers, and shooters.

“The MCK changed the industry. The MCK EVO is how we’re taking it to the next level," said Anthony Parisi. “And we’re just getting started. We’ve got new products, new ideas and a few things in development.”
