It wouldn’t be 2026 if OEMs weren’t getting into the suppressor market, and Taurus isn’t one to be left behind. Already this year, the company's selection of suppressor-ready firearms has grown, and now, it's making suppressors to go on those firearms. Called the TTX series, the suppressors are “designed as a complete performance system” to complement Taurus firearms.
Taurus TTX-02:
Taurus TTX suppressors are made of titanium and constructed by additive manufacturing (popularly known as “3D printing”) technology, which the company notes allows for a monocore design with “internal geometries that traditional machining processes cannot produce.” According to Taurus, the purpose of the TTX series was “rather than focusing solely on sound reduction, each suppressor is engineered to manage gas flow, reduce recoil impulse, control back pressure and maintain point-of-impact consistency.” The suppressors are given a Cerakote C-Series high-temperature finish and are all full-auto-rated.
Taurus TTX-03: The TTX22 is optimized for rimfire cartridges but rated to handle up to 5.7x28 mm.
Taurus TTX-04: A compact and lightweight suppressor, the TX22 weighs 3.71 ounces.
There are three TTX models that cover three lines of Taurus firearms: rimfire handguns, standard and large-format centerfire semi-auto pistols and centerfire rifles, as well as suppressor-ready firearms from its sibling companies Rossi USA and Heritage Manufacturing. The TTX22 is optimized for rimfire cartridges, like the .22 LR, and rated to handle up to 5.7x28 mm. Using a 1/2x28 TPI direct thread mount, it is 1 inch in diameter, 5.5 inches long and weighs 3.71 ounces. It has an MSRP of $299.
Taurus TTX-05: The TTX9C is designed for centerfire handguns, large-format pistols and pistol-caliber carbines.
Taurus TTX-06: The TTX9C uses direct thread attachment and is a flow-through design.
The TTX9C is designed for handguns and pistol-caliber carbines. It is rated up to 9 mm Luger, including .32 ACP and .380 ACP. Using a 1/2x28 TPI direct thread mount, it is 1.5 inches in diameter, 7 inches long and weighs 11.5 ounces. It has an MSRP of $599.
Taurus TTX-07: The TTX30 is designed for precision and hunting rifles up to .300 Win. Mag.
Taurus TTX-08: The TTX30 uses a direct thread mount and weighs 14.31 ounces.
The TTX30 is designed for precision and hunting rifles .30 caliber and smaller, up to .300 Win. Mag. Using a 5/8x24 TPI direct thread mount, it is 1.75 inches in diameter, 7.5 inches long and weighs 14.31 ounces. It has an MSRP of $599.
