With few southpaw AR-style rifles available on the market, Stag Arms wanted to give lefties a variety of options in a sea of mostly right-handed guns. One of the options available is the Model 7L, which includes a safety selector installed on the right side of the gun, and an upper receiver with a left-side ejection, all of which should appeal to the 10 to 15 percent of the population that are left-handed. Designed with hunting in mind, the rifle is chambered in 6.8 SPC which extends the effective range and increases terminal performance.

Check out this “Rifleman Review” video from a recent episode of American Rifleman TV, in which Kelly Young takes the gun downrange.
