You could win a complete set of Ripcord one-pass gun cleaners—oh, and an elite race gun—if you enter the Otis Technology Ripcord Race Gun Giveaway.

The online sweepstakes features two grand prizes: a Smith & Wesson Pro Series C.O.R.E. pistol in 9 mm or .40 cal. (top image), and a SIG Sauer 1911 Max Michel Edition pistol in .40 or .45 cal., shown here.

The Smith & Wesson race gun was personally selected by 17-time Bianchi Cup Champion Doug Koenig, an Otis pro-staff member who is widely regarded as the world’s best all-around shooter. Otis pro staffer Max Michel, who reigns as the world speed-shooting champion, chose the SIG 1911.

“Like a race gun, Ripcord is designed for speed,” said Heather Bennett, Otis Technology’s marketing manager. “Ripcord is the fastest one-pass gun cleaner, making it an ideal tool for champion shooters such as Doug Koenig and Max Michel, or anyone who wants to spend more time shooting and less time cleaning.”

Ripcord is made with advanced materials to clean residue and fouling from every kind of firearm in just one pass. It is engineered with a Memory-Flex cable to run through a pistol, rifle or shotgun from breech to muzzle, with no gravity feed necessary. A rigid, helix-shaped rubber core keeps the cleaning surface pressed against the bore, engaging the rifling for an aggressive 360-degree cleaning. The braided Nomex surface can take up to 700°F heat. Additionally, Ripcord can be used at any angle or orientation.

Ripcord is available in sizes for 12- and 20-gauge shotguns, and for the following rifle and pistol calibers: .17, .22, .223, .243, .257, .264, .270, .30, .338, 9 mm, .40 and .45.

The entry period runs through June 30, 2016. To enter, go to otisgungiveaway.com. A weekly prize drawing for a complete set of Otis Ripcords will be held each Friday through July 1, 2016. The race gun winners will be selected July 8, 2016, and will also receive a complete set of Ripcords.

To be eligible for the Ripcord Race Gun Giveaway sweepstakes, entrants must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 21 years of age. Entry is limited to one per person. Complete contest rules can be found on the contest website.
