Mossberg introduced the MC1sc pistol in early 2019 in celebration of the company’s 100th anniversary. An optional cross-bolt safety is available on select models and is reversible for right or left-handed shooters as well as optional sighting systems–Viridian Laser-Equipped and TruGlo Tritium PRO Sights.

Other standard features include a flat-profile trigger with integrated blade safety; short, tactile reset; reduced overtravel; and a 5- to 6-lb. trigger pull weight; oversized trigger guards; reversible magazine release; a flush 6-round and an extended 7-round single-stack Clear-Count magazines. Mossberg’s patent-pending STS (Safe Takedown System) does not require the user to pull the trigger to disassemble for routine cleaning or maintenance.
