Readers have only until July 31, 2026, to purchase a qualifying Meprolight optic and be eligible to receive a rebate for a free Backdraft 4-inch Hunter suppressor in a caliber of your choice. The limited-time offer, which began April 1, pairs select Meprolight optics with a high-performance suppressor, giving shooters added value through a straightforward rebate process.

“This promotion has generated tremendous interest because it delivers genuine value to shooters,” said Jordan Stein, digital marketing manager for Meprolight. “If you’ve been considering upgrading your optic or adding a suppressor to your firearm, now is the time. Once July 31 arrives, this opportunity is gone.”

Receiving the free suppressor is simple: Purchase a qualifying Meprolight optic, submit the required rebate information and receive a free Backdraft suppressor.

The Mepro M22 is one of the optics included in the promotion. The 1X, self-illuminated, red-dot sight employs a quick detach Picatinny rail mount. No batteries are required, thanks to fiber-optics for daylight use and a tritium vial that glows in the dark. It’s also compatible with night vision.

American Rifleman tested the optic shortly after its release. “The M22 was taken to the range on multiple occasions, and point of impact remained acceptably close to point of aim across several removals and re-installations,” the review states. “Successfully ‘shooting the square’ confirmed that the optic’s 1-m.o.a. adjustments were true, and its audible and tactile clicks made the operation quick and fool-proof. Groups shot using the M22 were consistent with those produced with any 1X red-dot, and the real advantage of using such an optic is the speed with which a close-quarters aiming solution can be acquired and re-acquired.”

Sights included in the promotion are clearly marked as such on the company website. MPO DS and MPO DF optics, however, are excluded from the offer.

Suppressor demand remains heavy, making this opportunity a good one for shooters in the market for a new optic. The promotion expires July 31, 2026, available while supplies last and all state, federal and local laws and limitations apply.
