Weatherby has announced the release of three updates to its Mark V Accumark rifle series. Promising to be an extension of the classic Weatherby design with modern features, the new rifles are termed the Weatherby Mark V Accumark, Accumark Pro and Accumark Elite. Updated features will include a Trigger Tech Mark V trigger, Cerakote on all metal components (Pro and Elite models only), a spiral fluted bolt, an Accubrake ST with standard 5/8x24TPI threads (all calibers) and either Monte Carlo fiberglass or carbon fiber stocks. Additionally, all rifles carry a sub-m.o.a. guarantee.

In addition to the common attributes above, individual models will feature the following:

The standard Mark V Accumark boasts a black stock with grey webbing, a spun stainless steel #3 contour barrel with two-tone graphite-black Cerakote finish, and a graphite-black receiver with a black bolt and safety lever. This package weighs in at 7.3 lbs. (8.3 lbs. for the magnum action), and will retail at $1,999.

The Mark V Accumark Pro has a carbon-fiber stock, a tungsten Cerakote on a fluted barrel and receiver, and a graphite-black bolt and safety. This middle option weighs in at a little less than the standard—only 7.1 lbs. (7.9 for the magnum action)—but adds a little weight to the price-tag at $2,499.

Finally, the Mark V Accumark Elite comes with an adjustable-comb carbon-fiber stock with coyote-tan elite Cerakote on the barrel and receiver, with a graphite-black spiral bolt and safety lever. This model bumps the weight back up, coming in at 7.6 lbs. (8.4 lbs. for the magnum action), and MSRPs for $2,799.
