In 2017, Trailblazer Firearms released the very first version of the LifeCard, a folding single-action, single-shot .22 LR  utility pistol that fits neatly inside an Altoids tin. Thanks to the fact that it cannot be fired when folded, the Lifecard does not fall under the preview of ATF regulations and can be sold over the counter like other handguns.

This year the company is launching a .22 Mag. version of this diminutive folder with some handy updates and changes. The storage compartment has been reconfigured to hold three spare rounds of ammunition. A lanyard hole has been added to the frame and the barrel can now be pressed closed without holding the release latch open. I'm looking forward to seeing how this new model performs. The .22 Mag Lifecard is shipping now with a suggested retail price of $399.
