The Holosun HS403C is a micro red-dot sight that utilizes both a silicon solar cell and an internal battery to ensure reliable operation in all lighting conditions. Offering two modes of operation, the default setting automatically adjusts the brightness of the unit’s 2-m.o.a. reticle to match the ambient lighting level, switching to battery back-up when the surrounding light is insufficient to power the solar cell. A secondary mode is powered only by the CR2032 lithium battery and features 12 reticle-brightness settings. The unit ships with both low and one-third cowitness Picatinny rail mounts. Price: $250.
