Inland Mfg. is challenging the commonly held convention that suppressors need to be expensive with its rimfire PM-22. A 5.5" aluminum tube with a stainless steel skeleton and a disposable polymer baffle system, the direct-thread PM-22 will come to market retailing for only $190—less than half of most similar units. The monolithic baffle system is designed to be easily removed for cleaning, and, after extended use, can be swapped out for a $30 replacement. Inland has also developed an aerosol called dB Foam that, when sprayed into the interior of the PM-22, increases the effectiveness of the suppressor by an additional 3 to 5 dB. inland-mfg.com
