Created only in a limited production run of 1,150 units, the Montana Rifle Company’s beautifully crafted American Legends Rifle is available exclusively at 2016 Friends of NRA events throughout the country. Built on Montana Rifle’s robust, Mauser-style, controlled-round-feed Model 1999 action, this American-made rifle is chambered in .300 Win. Mag., weighs 8 lbs. and sports a 24" barrel. The American Legends Rifle is custom-bedded within a well-figured XX-grade American black walnut stock that features a raised cheekpiece and a black polymer fore-end tip and grip cap. Each of the limited-edition guns also feature a laser-engraved floorplate commemorating its selection as Friends of NRA’s Gun of the Year and a custom (NRA16-XXXX) serial number.
