American Rifleman Editor-in-Chief Mark Keefe delves into the SIG Sauer Legion series with one of the company’s initial offerings—the P229. The original P229 has seen service in the hands of myriad agencies, both foreign and domestic, but the new Legion Series expands on the line with attributes that include the proprietary Legion gray PVD coating, custom G-10 grips with a Legion medallion, the new SIG Sauer Electro-Optics X-RAY sights and Grayguns adjustable trigger, to name a few.
