Les Baer loves his 1911s, and apparently his personal classic car collection just as much. Who certainly don't fault him for that, but how we do know this? Well, the Les Baer 1911 Hemi 572 was designed after one of Baer's muscle cars, a 1970 Plymouth Pro Street Hemi Cuda, a hallmark symbol of speed and power during the cars' 1960s and 70s heyday. And this gun reflects many of the same characteristics reminiscent of the era gone by: chrome-plated, a match-grade barrel and, of course, a precision fit. Other features include a double-serrated slide, Baer fiber-optic front sight with green insert, Hex head grip screws, VZ black recon grips, chrome finish on all major components and Dupont S coating on slide stop. It also includes an ambidextrous safety, mag catch and mag catch lock. To see this gun, watch the video below, and visit LesBaer.com.
