Republic Forge makes its world-class 1911s right here in the U.S.—Texas, in fact—with entirely American-made parts. And since its guns are all custom built the way you want them with high-end parts and accessories such as Damascus slides and mammoth-tooth grips, it's no wonder the company website says its guns are for shooters, not beginners.
