A Yellow Springs, Ohio, man was forced to defend himself and his wife when they were ambushed while picking up mail. The assailants turned out to be his ex-wife, a Hollywood stuntwoman, and her new husband. The man and his wife were returning home and stopped to pick up mail at the delivery gate.

At that moment, the new husband of the ex-wife, wearing a mask and a hoodie, approached the two and held a gun to the wife's head. The man, a concealed-carry-permit holder, drew his pistol and shot at the assailant, who returned fire. The ex-wife's attacking husband was shot and killed by the man before she too approached the couple armed and started shooting.

The man then shot and killed his ex-wife in self-defense. The incident was reportedly over a trust-fund dispute over the former couple's two daughters. (FOX-NEWS, 02/17/2020)

After asking to see a rifle on display in Harold Von Wahlde's Anderson, Ind., gun store, a man pulled a revolver and demanded money. Van Wahlde, 71, attempted to grab the gun, and a struggle ensued.

When the robber's gun misfired, Von Wahlde grabbed a cal. .38 handgun from a shelf behind him and fired one shot that mortally wounded the thug. (The Anderson Daily Bulletin, Anderson, Ind.)
