If you enjoy reduced-scale 1911-type pistols in small calibers for pinking, small-game hunting or target shooting, then the Trejo 2GT manufactured by Industrias Trejo S.A. de C.V. of Zacatalan, Mexico, deserves a closer look. Originally developed in the late 1940s, the Trejo pistols feature an all-steel construction, 11-round magazines, a matte blue finish, polymer grip panels and a 1911-style trigger. Three-dot adjustable sights complement an extended 5" barrel which is available with or without a 1/2 x 28 TPI threaded muzzle for sound suppressors or other muzzle devices. Threaded barrels ship with a thread protector installed. These pistols are distributed and currently available from Classic Firearms. MSRP: $479.99 Threaded Barrel, $459.99 Plain Barrel
