X-Vision Night Vision Rangefinder

Costing only a fraction of competing products, the Night Vision Rangefinder from X-Vision Optics is an economical tool for short-range hunters—both before and after the sun goes down.

The company advertises that the device has a 200-yard range-finding capability, but we found our handheld (13-oz.) test sample was able to reliably provide ranges as far out as 250 yards during both daytime and nighttime use.

Unlike many similar optics that employ difficult-to-navigate user interfaces, X-Vision’s product is very simple to use; four rear-facing buttons adjust various settings, while a top-mounted button toggles the system’s ranging laser on and off—with the digital screen providing a running display of the distance to the target when activated.

Suggested retail pricing is set for $340. For more information, please visit xvisionoptics.com.
