Alien Gear has really made a name for itself among holster makers based on its innovative use of materials, precision polymer moldings and overall value offered to its customers. The ShapeShift holster system redefines what a holster can be by providing the ability to reconfigure the modular components to address different needs, accommodate different firearms and allow for different styles of carry. The ShapeShift Starter kit includes everything needed to “build” four different holsters—traditional inside the waistband (IWB), appendix carry IWB, belt-slide outside the waistband (OWB) and paddle OWB.

This week American Rifleman's Joe Kurtenbach dives in to the ShapeShift and offers his take on the system.
