The advantage of designing a versatile and modular system is that it is infinitely adaptable and customizable. Alien Gear Holsters’ ShapeShift system allows users to build several holsters in “traditional” configurations from an assortment of modular components. Another strength of the design, though, is its ability to securely retain a firearm in “non-traditional” carry locations. The ShapeShift system continues to grow through Expansion Packs, and this week we’re taking a closer look at the MOLLE and Backpack Carry adaptors.
