When two intruders broke into a home late one night, the resident fought back in order to save his own life. The victim told police that two masked men forced their way into his home through the front door and began to shoot at him. He was struck several times but managed to fire back at the two trespassers, striking both. The attackers fled the scene in a vehicle but crashed two miles down the road.
