Adaptive Tactcial's series of Tac-Hammer polymer stocks for Ruger 10/22 rifles and Charger pistols provide a high-performance upgrade for these popular semi-automatic rimfires. The durable all-season polymer construction provides comfortable griping surfaces and features not found on factory stocks. This year the company is adding the new TK22B to the line-up, which is designed specifically for the Takedown version of the Charger pistol.

The most noteworthy change to the TK22B stock is the addition of an extension that supports an SB Tactical wrist brace in place of a single point sling mount. With the recent clarification by the ATF regarding the use of wrist braces (pressing one to your shoulder will not get you sent to jail) the braces have been returning to rifle-action pistols in droves, including the Charger.

This stock system is composed of drop-in replacement parts that do not require any fitting to install with factory-spec pistols. The fore-end's removable barrel insert allows for the use of factory Standard (tapered) barrels and after market .920" bull barrels. A front-mounted sling swivel stud can be used to mount a stabilizing bi-pod. The hollow grip with rubber plug can be used as a storage compartment or it can be fitted with the company's adjustable TacTRED monopod. The exact specifications and suggested retail price for the U.S.- made TK22B have yet to be announced.
