Rock River Arms (RRA) recognizes that more and more shooters are choosing to participate in matches with pistol-caliber carbine divisions. To meet this need for accurate and reliable match carbines, the company is launching the new R9 Competition Rifle chambered in 9 mm for 2017. Based on the successful LAR-9 gas-impingment operated carbine, this gun features a 16" chain-link fluted stainless steel barrel with a removable RRA 9 mm Mini muzzle brake. Other features include a new two-stage trigger, a Hogue pistol grip and RRA Operator shoulder stock. Ammunition is fed using Colt-type stick magazines. MSRP: $1,565
