Designed to be a heavy-duty, all-purpose knife with weight and dimensions suitable for carry, the Cager 1410 is a versatile new addition from the up-and-coming bladesmiths at Steel Will Knives. Part of the company’s “Urban” series—read EDC or utility—the Cager 1410 features a 4.33" drop-point blade made of D2 tool steel with a satin finish. The 0.16"-thick full-length tang augments overall strength and helps balance the knife at the crescent-shaped finger groove just behind the blade. The tang also features grip serrations, just behind the blade and near the butt, and a lanyard loop. The G10 scales enhance purchase and ergonomics. Overall length is 9.06", weight is 7.3 ozs. and the Cager 1410 comes with a Kydex sheath and base unit with nylon straps that is configurable for multiple angles of carry on a belt or MOLLE system.
