Advanced Technology International (ATI) has announced a new AR-22 Stock Kit for the Ruger 10/22 Takedown platform, which maintains the rifle's break-apart capabilities while quickly transforming its appearance to that of an AR-platform rifle. Using an AR-15 modeled polymer receiver chassis, the kit contains all other components necessary for a precision fit.

“We are extremely happy to be able to bring this highly requested product to market for our customers,” said National Sales Manager Amanda Mapes. “Our engineering team was able to adapt our original design in a way that kept the visual integrity of the AR-22, without sacrificing any of the intended Takedown functionality.”

ATI engineers used additional aluminum components that mount to the receiver for added rigidity. The front half of the components install in much the same fashion as the original components with the rifle’s original mounting locations.

The kit will be available on dealers' shelves in late March. For more, visit atigunstock.com
