Leupold has introduced a riflescope designed for both close and long-range applications—the VX-6 Multigun 1-6x24 mm.

Designed for tactical and 3-gun competition shooters, the VX-6 features the FireDot SPR, which is designed for instinctive, close-range situations, while allowing long-range target acquisition at higher resolution. The illuminated aiming point naturally attracts the eye, and comes with 12 different brightness settings and Leupold’s Proprietary Motion Sensor Technology deactivate thats illumination after five minutes of inactivity, but reactivates with any movement.

“The VX-6 Multigun is the result of input from consumers who wanted more in a 3-gun optic,” said Pat Mundy, senior marketing manager for Leupold & Stevens, Inc. “Our production managers and Custom Shop have worked closely to deliver a product that answered these requests.

The VX-6 features the Quantum Optical System and Leupold’s Xtended Twilight lens coating for light transmission and clarity. The exterior lenses are also coated with DiamondCoat2 for scratch and abrasion resistance. The VX-6 comes with generous eye relief, as well as finger adjustable 0.1 milradian for windage and elevation, and the optic can be converted to use Leupold’s Custom Dial System.

Other key features:
