An intruder breaking into a Caribou, Maine, home may have been under the influence of hallucinogens when he attempted his crime. According to Caribou police, a call came in around 3:30 a.m. from a homeowner who was holding at gunpoint the man who broke into his garage in an attempt to gain access to his house.
