Building off the company's already-established line, Stoeger Industries has announced it will be offering line extensions of its STR-9 full-size semi-automatic pistol. As the trend of optics-ready pistols takes off, Stoeger will provide its STR-9 capable and ready to accommodate the handiness that pistol optics afford. The STR-9 Optics Ready will feature four interchangeable plates to house the shooting industry’s most popular products. But that’s not all Stoeger has in its STR-9 line for 2020.

Stoeger plans to include a Cerekote model utilizing a color tone many have come to love—Flat Dark Earth. The gun’s polymer frame will feature the robust coating as well as its slide. The gun’s dovetail sights, chamber, extractor, take-down lever, slide lock, magazine release and trigger will remain black for aesthetic value.

All of the company’s STR-9 handguns will come with three interchangeable backstrages, three magazines, sight options for Tritium, fiber-optic or white-dot varieties,  and each will ship with a magazine loader.
