Winner of American Rifleman's 2011 Golden Bullseye Award for shotguns, the Remington Versa Max has a nearly unparalleled level of versatility.

The driving force behind the Versa Max, of course, is the VersaPort gas system, which features seven ports andtwo pistons designed to soften recoil and reduce maintenance by contracting the number of parts. The VersaPort system allows the Versa Max to reliably cycle 2 3/4-inch to 3 1/2-inchshells.

Featured here is the tactical version of the Versa Max, which features a picatinny rail, forward barrel-clamp side rails and an extended magazine.

Alongside the featured tactical configuration, the Versa Max is available in a standard black synthetic model, a Realtree AP HD Camo pattern and a Waterfowl pattern.
