Jackson LeatherWork Holsters

Craftsman John Jackson makes a wide variety of holsters and magazine pouches using European single bend leather, the best part of a hide, vegetable-tanning them so as to preserve a firearm’s finish. The holsters are sewn by hand, with each stitch adjusted for small spaces and bends in the leather and an emphasis on custom fit and build quality—all aimed at the holster getting better with age.

Designs are available for modern and classic guns, such as the Browning 1955 .380 ACP shown, and can accommodate models with lights, lasers and red-dot sights.

Styles include IWB, OWB, pocket, wallet, purse/pack, chest and Western—some with specific feature options such as tuckable concealment and metal clip or leather loop belt attachment points. Exotic materials such as shark- and elephant-skin are available, as are black or brown finishes.

Prices vary according to materials and style. For more information, visit jacksonleatherwork.com.
