Impetro Gear’s modular backpack system

Distributed through Baltoro, Impetro Gear’s modular backpack system consists of a series of use-specific packs that can be attached to the padded base unit in only seconds.

While a number of less-expensive kits are available, the Complete Bundle pairs the base harness with all four of the company’s ripstop nylon packs.

For carrying just the essentials on a low-impact afternoon excursion, the 10-liter Hike Pack includes one large compartment and two mesh pockets for water bottles.

More catered to their specific applications, the 15-liter Bike Pack, 22-liter Ski Pack and 33-liter Mountain Pack feature compartments for a helmet and a tire pump, holders for skis/poles or a snowboard, and MOLLE-style webbing and an integral rain cover, respectively—along with many other small pockets for sundry items.

MSRP is $349. For more information, visit baltoro.com.
