European American Armory Corp. describes its Untouchable MC1911 line as "first in price, product range and warranty," outlining the fact that this particular MC1911 lineup provides a complete range of options for fans of the M1911 platform.

The Untouchable is available in a full-size configuration with a 5" barrel, a Commander-length configuration with a 4.4" barrel and then an Officer-size model with a 3.4" barrel. Caliber options in the range include 9 mm Luger and .45 ACP, and both the full-size and Commander-length guns come with a Picatinny accessory rail machined into the frame's dust cover.
