First Look: Magpul SL Stock For HK94/MP5

Over the past two years, Magpul has expanded its line of polymer furniture and accessories to include options for Heckler & Koch's iconic HK94, MP5 and SP5 designs along with other copies. New for 2022, Magpul introduces a new folding stock option for the HK94, MP5, SP5 and other copies with the Magpul SL Stock - HK94/MP5. This new SL stock incorporates the classic function and aesthetic of the original HK style of collapsible stock, while also incorporating the features and design cues of the SL line. 

The SL stock set for the HK94 and MP5 is constructed from Magpul's high-strength polymer and steel components treated with corrosion resistant finishes. A HK specific endplate at the from of the SL stock connects to the receiver of the host firearm, and accepts standard HK style push pins. At the bottom of this end piece is a recessed polymer activation lever, which allows the stock to telescope in or out when depressed. The location of this activation lever is bilateral and allows for one-handed, length-of-pull adjustments.

Both of the telescoping arms of the stock are made of steel, with the but being made of polymer. Two QD sling attachment points are included on both sides of the butt, and it also comes with and stranded Magpul SL rubberized butt pad. There is also checkering molded into the back of the polymer butt, allowing the SL stock to be used in a shortened configuration without the added butt pad.
