Inspired by the Heckler & Koch MP5, ATI's GSG-22 handguns are available in a variety of configurations. The GSG-522 PK pistol, shown here, is based on the H&K MP5K. Besides offering the ultra-cool submachine gun look of the H&Ks, this pistol has a textured grip, integrated weaver rail, integrated sling bracket, a re-designed front sight and a new magazine release. The GSG-522 PK comes with a 10-round magazine, but 22-round magazines and 110-round drums are also available.

The PLR-22 is based on Kel-Tec's popular PLR-16 pistol, chambered in .223. This means that the PLR-22 will accept many of the same accessories, including slings, optics and the compact fore-end. The front and rear sight are adjustable, and an integrated Picatinny rail will accept a variety of sighting options. The muzzle end of the barrel is threaded ½"-28 to accept standard attachments such as muzzle brakes and flash suppressors. A 26-round magazine is provided, and the PLR-22 will also accept magazines designed for the Atchison M-16 conversion.
