SCCY right side handgun reddot sight semi-automatic concealed carry

SCCY Firearms series of CPX subcompact, hammer-fired polymer-frame pistols provide more gun than one would expect for real-world prices under $300.

These double-action-only, double-stack semi-automatics have passed 5,000-round endurance tests without any breakages. Thus, the company sends them out with a lifetime warranty that follows the pistol, not the owner.

Some folks don’t care for the gun’s long, revolver-like 9-lb. trigger pull, however, so the company has opted to remedy this situation by offering its first striker-fired pistol called the DVG-1. The straight-profile polymer trigger has a listed pull weight of 5 lbs., 8 ozs., which is in keeping with other modern striker-fired pistol designs.

The stainless steel slides sport a natural silver or a matte black nitride finish, and the 10-round magazines are available with or without finger rests. The DVG-1 RD will be available with standard sights or outfitted with a Crimson Trace CTS-1500 red-dot optic.
