European American Armory (EAA) continues to offer the U.S. market its imported Akkar Churchill 812 Field for 2021. American Rifleman’s Mark Keefe recently headed to range to get hands on with the boxlock over-under to find out firsthand what EAA has to offer. Watch the video above to see it in action.

The Churchill 812 Field shotgun is offered by EAA in your choice of three gauge options—12, 20 and 28 gauge—as well as .410 Bore, all with scaled receivers. Feature rich and built for the cost-conscious hunter and target shooter, this latest import comes standard with walnut furniture, jeweling on the monobloc, automatic safety and ejectors.

Purchasers will be pleased to know that EAA ships its Churchill 812 Field with three extended choke tubes for dialing in the gun’s pattern. The twin barrels are regulated with a solid rib between. Across the barrel’s top is a ventilated sighting rib with a fiber-optic sight fashioned near the muzzle. To improve handling, EAA options its Churchill 812 Field checkering on the gun’s wrist and along the fore-end. Additionally, the fore-end features sculpting for improved hand position.
