SIG Sauer has re-entered the bolt-action center-fire rifle category with its first bolt gun designed and built in the United States.

The Cross rifle is designed to bring hunters and shooters an improved level of precision and versatility whether perched in a deer stand, pursuing game in big country or mounting the benches and barricades of the competition range.

Chambered in 6.5 mm Creedmoor, .308 Win. or 277 SIG Fury, the Cross feeds from AICS magazines and wears either a 16" or 18" barrel topped with a Taper-Lok muzzle adapter to readily accept SIG suppressors.

Weighing less than 6 lbs., 8 ozs., sans scope, the rifle offers portability and adaptability with its folding, fully adjustable buttstock, and a high degree of customization with barrel and optic rail interchangeability, and a free-float fore-end cut for M-Lok accessory rails.

The suggested retail price for the SIG Sauer Cross rifle is $1,779. For more information on this new platform, visit
