Magpul’s ubiquitous Precision Rifle/Sniper (PRS) buttstock is now in its third generation, and the newest iteration, although optimized for use with rifle-length buffer tubes, can also be configured to accommodate mil-spec carbine- and A5-length extensions. Compatible with both the AR-10 and AR-15 platforms, the GEN3 weighs 27.8 ozs., and features 1.4" of toolless length-of-pull adjustment (14.3" to 15.7") and 0.8" of comb-height adjustment. The stock’s improved buttpad is also adjustable for both height and cant, and two M-LOK slots along the bottom surface of the PRS GEN3 allow for the attachment of a monopod.
