Here's a one-of-a-kind piece of firearms artwork from Cabot Guns, a true folded steel Damascus 1911. Most slides that are said to be Damascus are actually formed using a powdered alloy material. This slide was milled from a 50-layer block of American artisan made stainless steel by master Damascus craftsman Chad Nichols.

The grips for this pistol were provided by sculptor and artist Brian Challis, who shaped the panels from the tooth of an ancient wooly mammoth. It's a truly unique pistol that may not ever be replicated.
