A suspected home invader in Phoenix, Ariz., is dead after breaking into a house and threatening the homeowner on Sunday, April 9, 2023.

That evening, the alleged intruder entered the home and began aggressively approaching the homeowner and making threats. The homeowner shot the invader and called police, who arrived to find the intruder, deceased, inside a bedroom on the third floor of the home.

Phoenix police confirmed that no arrests have been made. (AZ Central, Phoenix, Ariz., 4/9/23)

The sound of breaking glass in his home one night woke James Siciliano, 80, of Neptune, N.J. Going to the kitchen to investigate, Siciliano discovered two men attempting to force open his backdoor.
