Stevens has made its 555 over-under shotgun line even more versatile with the a 24" barrel 555 Compact model.

The stylish shotgun has a mid-length forearm and a compact, 13.25" length of pull, ideal for smaller-framed shooters. Like the original 555, it features a light aluminum receiver that's scaled to gauge. A steel insert reinforces the breech, minimizing weight and maximizing strength. In addition, the 555 Compact sports a Turkish walnut stock and forearm, shell extractors, a manual safety, and a single, selective mechanical trigger. Chrome-lined barrels, a tang-mounted safety and five interchangeable choke round out the features. Available in 20 gauge, 28 gauge and .410 gauge at an MSRP of $692.
