Fans of Springfield Armory's popular XD-S series of pistols, pay attention: The models are now available in 4-inch barrels-and are shipping immediately.

The XD-S 4.0 turns Springfield Armory’s single stack XD-S platform into a mid-sized pistol, with its sub-compact frame extending to full-size length when you insert an X-Tension magazine. Inserting the flush-fitting magazine makes the pistol perfect for concealed carry.
