While SIG Sauer has garnered much attention for expanding into Electro-Optics and suppressors, SIG has also moved seriously into the air gun business. Two new air pistols we had the opportunity to shoot are the M1911 Spartan, which is a CO2 powered BB air pistol with all of the handling, controls, markings and ornamentation of the Spartan series, and the new P320.

Also powered by CO2, the P320 has an internal, belt-fed 30-round-capacity magazine  for .177 pellets (yes, you read that right). The gun replicates the trigger pull and handling of the full-size gun. As trainers or serious backyard plinkers, the P320 and Spartan air pistols are a lot of useful, practical fun. Learn more in this Media Range Day video, or visit sigsauer.com.
