Sico Osprey 1

SilencerCo has unveiled a new iteration of its popular Osprey lines of 9 mm Luger and .45 ACP pistol suppressors, with the new Osprey 2.0 line. In terms of sound suppression and performance, the 2.0 line is essentially the same as the previous Osprey suppressors. It does have one major difference, however, in the design of its QD mounting setup. The Osprey 2.0 suppressors use a single indexing button to align and attach to the host firearm. This design is not only easier to use for mounting and dismount the suppressor, but also provides a more consistent lock-up of the suppressor to the host firearm when locked.

Included in the SilencerCo Osprey 2.0 lineup is the Osprey 9 and Osprey 45. Both are constructed from aluminum and 17-4 stainless steel, with the Osprey 9 2.0 weighing 8.8 ozs. at 6.9” long, while the Osprey 45 2.0 is 7.9” long and weighs 9.2 ozs. Both are compatible with pistons or fixed barrel spacers and have a suggested retail price of $850. For more information, visit silencerco.com.
