In pistol shooting, we’re always taught to focus on the front sight to make accurate shots. Meprolight, with its FT Bullseye handgun sight is changing that equation and eliminating the need for a front sight all together. The sight combines fiber optics and tritium to produce and always-on illuminated reticle, housed within a very trim rear sight apparatus and operating on similar principles as a battery-power reflex optic. In this week's NRA Gun Gear of the Week video, American Rifleman's Joe Kurtenbach heads to the range to test this innovative new sight.
