Beretta's updated its popular 1301 Tactical shotgun with an all-new generation. The Mod.2 changes in the 1301 model include ergonomic changes, improved accessory attachment points, a new trigger and some internal modifications.

On the outside, Beretta redesigned the pistol grip on the 1301, bringing a more comfortable, ergonomic design to the Mod.2. Too, the fore-end has been overhauled, providing aggressive texturing for an improved support-hand hold. M-Lok compatibility has also been enhanced, thanks to accessory-attachment points on either side of the fore-end, as well as the underside.

Other improvements on the Beretta 1301 Tactical Mod.2 include a flatter, "tactical-style" trigger, as well as an improved lifter that offers smoother reloads. Of course, like the original model, the Mod.2 relies on the B-LINK gas system for fast, reliable cycling.
