Jason Vanderbrink, president and CEO of Federal Ammunition and Remington Ammunition, took to the Internet to share some facts about CCI, Federal, Hevi-Shot, Remington and Speer Ammunition and the 4,000 team members who make ammo right here in the United States. Watch the video above to hear his full statement.

"In a world of sensational headlines and fake news, deciphering fact from fiction can be difficult," Vanderbrink said. "The Internet rumor mill is making inaccurate statements about our business. Our ammo brands are proudly made in the United States, and we are known for American heritage."

Vanderbrink touted the efforts of the company's employees, calling them the "best workforce in the nation," and reinforced their commitment to make quality ammunition for hunters, shooters, law enforcement and the military. He also reinforced Federal Ammunition's commitment to the Second Amendment.

"The Second Amendment is vitally important to our freedom," he said. "It is a guaranteed Constitutional right, and we will always stand up for it. This is non-negotiable and a right we will fiercely defend with no apologies."
