Even with all of Springfield Armory's cutting-edge releases in recent years, the company still retains a link to its past through the M1A lineup of rifles. In 2020, the company continues to roll out new options in the M1A collection, and the latest is the M1A Tanker. This takes the shortened barrel of the SOCOM 16 and pairs it with an attractive wood stock for a rifle that looks retro and handles easily.
